Jopen Teenage Mutant Ninja Thiols is an IPA from the Haarlem brewery that explores thiols – organic compounds rarely found in beer. Jopen was the first European brewer to work with these compounds in an IPA. At 6.2% ABV and with restrained hopping, the aromatic expression takes centre stage.

The nose reveals passion fruit, grapefruit and white grape. This fruity profile defies the playful name, but that's precisely what makes it refreshing. The palate follows that fruit-forward character with a clean, dry finish.
