Don't tRYE This @Home is a robust rye wine from Jopen Bierbrouwerij, born from a collaboration with Norway's Lervig Aktiebryggeri. The ambitious project began with a single 2,000-litre batch that was then aged in different barrel types to create five distinct variants.

This barrel-aged expression spent 220 days maturing in cognac casks, developing a refined and characterful profile. Expect layers of caramel, chocolate and red berries alongside subtle wood notes. Despite its substantial 12.5% ABV, the beer drinks smoothly with warming depth rather than sharp alcohol burn.
