John O'Groats Brewery's Amber Groat is a Scottish Amber Ale from the far north of Scotland. This ale showcases malted barley and amber malt, delivering biscuit flavours alongside a crisp, refreshing character. The hop profile provides a clean bitterness that balances the malt sweetness, finishing dry and satisfying when properly chilled.

Brewed in Wick, Highland since 2015, the brewery was founded by three dedicated homebrewers—Allan Farquhar, John Mainprize and Simon Cottam. They craft their beers using quality malts and natural brewing salts to achieve a distinctive house character.
