Carrots & Sticks is an ambitious collaboration between Jackie O's and Casita Cerveceria, in development since early 2015. This is a strong Belgian blonde built on a foundation of walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and lemon zest. Fermented with Nordic Kveik yeast and aged in bourbon barrels, it gains layers of vanilla and warming alcohol.

The palate reflects the considered ingredient bill: nuts and dried fruit mingle with subtle spice and citrus, anchored by a full body and detectable alcohol warmth. The bourbon aging adds depth without overwhelming the delicate balance of fruit and spice notes.
