Delirium Tremens is the flagship of Brouwerij Huyghe in Melle, Belgium, first brewed in 1988. This strong golden ale combines Pilsner, pale ale and Munich malts with caramel and roasted malt, enriched with brown candi sugar. Three distinct yeast strains create a complex, layered character.

The nose opens with ripe banana, pear and honey, followed by pepper and clove. On the palate, warmth and fullness emerge, balanced by citrus bitterness and a clean, dry finish. The aftertaste is round and lingering, with a gentle alcohol warmth that gently warms the tongue and palate.
