Salorn is a robust Tripel from Plattelandsbrouwerij Het Zotte Kalf in Winsum, Groningen. Founded just over a decade ago by Freddy and Klaas-Jan in a converted barn, this rural brewery specializes in seasonal craft beers for the Groningen countryside.

Salorn emerges as a complex, pale blonde beer at 9.5% ABV. The nose reveals sweet, fruity and spicy character supported by malty depth. On the palate, spice and fruit interplay with a restrained bitterness that provides balance. The beer carries a full body with a smooth, yeasty texture and a warming finish that lingers pleasantly.
