Herforder Pils
Herforder Pils hails from the brewery of the same name in Hiddenhausen, founded in 1878 by brothers Gustav and Georg Uekermann. Since 2007, the brewery has been part of the Warsteiner Group while maintaining its independent heritage.
This German Pilsner is brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot using only water, barley, hops and yeast. It presents as a crisp, clean Pilsner with subtle floral notes and mild hop character. The aroma shows grainy, lightly sweet malt with grassy hop undertones.
The palate is soft and approachable, with gentle sweetness and balanced bitterness that never overwhelms. The finish is dry and clean, making this a straightforward, sessionable choice for everyday drinking.
