Bintang
Bintang is Indonesia's iconic pilsner, first brewed in 1929 in Surabaya during the Dutch colonial era. Acquired by Heineken in 1967, it has become the country's most recognized beer. At 4.7% ABV, this golden lager is specially formulated for tropical climates and local taste preferences.
Brewed from malt, water and hops using traditional lager fermentation and lagering methods, Bintang delivers a clean, crisp profile with malt and hop character. The beer is hop-forward without being bitter, offering a refreshing finish. Best served at 7°C, it cuts through heat and humidity with ease.
