Kellerbier
Hacker-Pschorr Kellerbier is a classic unfiltered Bavarian lager from Munich, brewed by a brewery tracing its origins to 1417. This traditional kellerbier is matured using time-honoured cellar storage methods that develop fruity notes of honey and caramel. The beer is made from just four ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast, with no additives.
The aroma is dominated by fruity and caramel notes with hints of honey. The palate is mild and balanced, featuring apple-like fruitiness and a gentle hop bitterness in the finish. Its unfiltered nature gives it a hazy golden-orange appearance.
This is a refreshing beer with soft carbonation and a clean, dry finish. It works well as a lunchtime drink or alongside light fare.
