Hacker Pschorr

Hefe Weisse

Hacker-Pschorr Hefe Weisse is a classic Bavarian wheat beer from Munich, brewed in accordance with traditional German purity law. This unfiltered hefeweizen is made with wheat malt, barley malt, Hallertau hops and a distinctive yeast strain that creates its characteristic cloudy, golden-yellow appearance.

In the glass, it presents naturally hazy with a thick foam head. The flavour combines wheat and banana notes with citrus zest and white pepper, supported by subtle hop bitterness. The body is delicate with lively carbonation, delivering a crisp and refreshing character.

This beer pairs well with light dishes, summer pastries and spiced foods. Hacker-Pschorr has been brewing since 1417 and was one of six original breweries at the first Oktoberfest in 1810.
