Kracht in de Nacht from Grutte Pier Brouwerij is a Russian Imperial Stout at 10% ABV, brewed in Leeuwarden as a tribute to the legendary Frisian folk hero Grutte Pier. The name draws inspiration from the nocturnal struggle of this historic figure. Unfiltered and top-fermented, this beer commands attention from the moment it's opened.

The nose reveals layers of bay leaf, coffee and dark fruit complexity. On the palate, roasted malt, liquorice, figs and raisins emerge alongside distinctive herbal spice notes.
