Chouffe Blanche
Chouffe Blanche is a witbier from Brasserie d'Achouffe, brewed in the Belgian Ardennes village of Achouffe. This beer carries the spirit of the late 1970s, when two brothers-in-law began their craft brewing journey in a converted cowshed, launching what would become an overnight success story.
The beer balances yeasty and bready character with pronounced coriander spice and fruity pear notes. Clean grassy hops and citrus-floral hop impressions provide brightness and lift, while a moderate sweetness and light-to-moderate bitterness keep the profile approachable. A witbier that respects tradition without pretension.
