Grutte Pier 540 Kveik is a 6.0% ABV blonde ale from Grutte Pier Brouwerij, a craft brewery based in Bartlehiem, Friesland. The beer is fermented with Scandinavian kveik yeast, a wild strain that delivers clean fermentation alongside unpredictable character. A single 2000-litre base batch yielded five distinct fruity variations.
