Goose Island's 2021 Bourbon County Brand Classic Cola Stout merges imperial stout tradition with unexpected cola-inspired flavours. Brewed with lime and orange juice, zest, coriander, brown sugar and vanilla, and aged in bourbon barrels, it attempts a playful reinterpretation of a familiar soft drink through a craft beer lens.

The nose presents dark chocolate, toffee and espresso with bright citrus notes. The palate layers roasted malt and molasses against raisin and date undertones, with a dry, warming finish.
