Gooische Imperial Stout is a bold, dark stout at 12% ABV from the Gooi region, enriched through maturation in Scottish Tomintoul whisky barrels. This is an intense expression with full body, where local oats contribute a creamy mouthfeel. Roasted notes, coffee and cocoa dominate the palate, complemented by subtle oak influence from the barrel aging.

Founded in 2010, the brewery uses organic ingredients and unpasteurised recipes packed with flavour. This barrel-aged beer demonstrates Gooische Bierbrouwerij's ambition to craft complex, characterful beers that transcend the ordinary.
