Gueuze
Belle-Vue Gueuze is a blend of young and old lambic from Brouwerij Belle-Vue in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. Founded in 1913 by Brussels café owner Philémon Vandenstock, the brewery quickly became one of the city's leading lambic producers. This gueuze distinguishes itself through an approachable character: it delivers tartness balanced with a touch of sweetness and refined restraint.
The nose shows delicate grain and biscuit notes. On the palate, tart and sour elements mingle with apple and citrus, carried by a medium body and soft carbonation. This is a gueuze designed to appeal widely, without the intensity of more traditional interpretations.
