Lap of the Gods from Galway Bay Brewery is a character-driven saison matured in oak. Founded in 2009 by friends Jason and Niall, this independent Irish brewery challenges convention with bold, barrel-aged expressions.

Matured on oak and fermented with Brettanomyces, this saison develops a pronounced tartness and wild complexity. The wild yeast and wood aging create a living, evolving beer with tension and depth. A saison built for contemplation rather than easy drinking.
