Gallia Nouveau Western IPA is a West Coast-style IPA from Gallia brewery in Pantin, France. This is a straightforward, hop-driven beer where Simcoe and Chinook hops deliver the distinctive character.

In the glass it presents a clear gold colour with a generous, foamy head. The aroma is boldly hoppy with prominent pine and berry notes alongside citrus rind. The flavour brings fruity character with a rounded bitterness that avoids harshness.

It finishes clean and dry, true to West Coast tradition. At 5.8% ABV, this is an approachable yet full-flavoured hop beer.
