Biere de Travail
Gallia Bière de Travail is an alcohol-free IPA from the Parisian brewery Gallia, revived in 2010 by Guillaume Roy and Jacques Ferté. This craft beer proves that low alcohol need not compromise on flavour and character.
The brewery employs Sorachi Ace and Sabro hops, delivering notes of dill, coconut and tropical fruit. Despite its minimal 0.3% ABV, this beer offers a full hoppy experience with fruity undertones and subtle bitterness that lingers.
The name 'travail' refers to its suitability as an everyday working beer—a refreshing choice for afternoon or evening drinking without the weight of stronger styles.
