Fuller's Vintage Ale is an annual release from the London brewery, each year featuring a unique ingredient selection. The 2015 edition was brewed to celebrate fifty years of Maris Otter barley, a revered British malt variety. It combines this classic grain with traditional English hops: Target, Northdown, Challenger and Goldings.

This bottle-conditioned English Strong Ale displays a deep burnished amber hue and substantial malt character. The aroma reveals sweet, fruity notes with hints of caramel. On the palate, red fruits, toffee and stone fruit emerge, leading to a dry, slightly astringent finish. At 8.5% ABV, this beer has the structure to develop complexity over years of cellaring.
