Outlaw
Fuerst Wiacek's Outlaw is a Rye IPA built on the brewery's core strength: heavily hopped, aromatic beers with presence. Rye malt adds texture and a dry backbone to the pale base, while three late-addition hops—Simcoe, Chinook and Citra—define the finish. Expect citrus, pine and tropical fruit notes layered into a resinous, assertive dry hop character.
This reflects the Berlin brewery's track record since 2016, when founders Georg Fürst and Łukasz Wiacek released Germany's first commercially available Hazy IPA. Outlaw demonstrates their command of American hop-forward brewing and their ability to execute big-flavour styles with German precision.
