Exploding Rainbows is a New England IPA from Fuerst Wiacek, the Berlin-based brewery founded by Georg Fuerst and Lukasz Wiacek, who transformed from homebrewers into architects of Germany's modern craft beer movement. Brewed exclusively with Mosaic hops, this beer pairs T-90 pellets with Mosaic Cryo to capture pure hop aroma at maximum intensity.

The nose delivers abundant citrus—lemon, grapefruit and lime—layered with juicy tropical fruit. On the palate, sweet malt and fruity esters meet crisp citrus bite and clean hop bitterness. The finish is dry and sharp, with no lingering sweetness.
