Crowdsurfer
Fuerst Wiacek's Crowdsurfer is a New England-style IPA from Berlin's pioneering craft brewery, hazy and fruit-forward in character. Founded in 2016 by Georg Fürst and Lukasz Wiacek, the brewery made its mark by brewing Germany's first commercially available Hazy IPA—a milestone they've built upon ever since.
Crowdsurfer leads with tropical and citrus hop aromatics: bright notes of grapefruit and citrus zest dominate the nose. On the palate, the beer delivers emphatic fruitiness with the same citrus and tropical character, leaning lean and direct. The finish is dry and assertively bitter, typical of the IPA style.
At 6.2% ABV, brewed with German base malts supplemented by British specialty grains, Crowdsurfer demonstrates Fuerst Wiacek's commitment to quality ingredients and their signature hoppy approach. A solid expression of the hazy IPA tradition they helped establish.
