Cloud Theory is an American IPA from FUERST WIACEK, the Berlin brewery known for pioneering Germany's first commercially available hazy IPA in 2016. Brewed with American Ale II yeast and a blend of German barley malt, wheat malt, and British specialty malts, this 6.8% ABV beer is dry-hopped with Citra, Ekuanot, and Idaho 7.

The beer delivers medium-strong carbonation with a thick, oily texture. Intense hop flavours dominate the palate, balanced by moderate sweetness, leading to a dry, bitter finish characteristic of modern American-style IPAs.
