Belching Beaver Brewery in Oceanside, California created this IPA in collaboration with metal band Deftones. White Pony combines generous amounts of Galaxy and El Dorado hops with a straightforward malt bill, delivering a crisp and fruit-forward brew.

The aroma is dominated by intense pineapple, lemon peel and grapefruit notes. On the palate, pineapple leads the charge before settling into a soft bitter finish. Medium-bodied and smooth, the beer balances herbal and dank hop character with subtle malt sweetness, creating a complex yet drinkable American IPA.
