Erdinger Schneeweisse
Erdinger Schneeweisse is a winter wheat beer from Erdinger Weißbräu, Bavaria's historic wheat beer brewery founded in 1886. Introduced in 1998, this seasonal has become an annual tradition for wheat beer enthusiasts. Brewed to the German Purity Law using only water, barley, hops and yeast, it is crafted with the brewery's own house yeast culture.
Schneeweisse delivers a smooth, balanced character with gentle fruity aromas, soft spice and a wheaty palate. The finish is clean and satisfying, offering a more restrained profile than typical hefeweizens—avoiding the pronounced banana notes found in many of its peers.
