Equilibrium Fluctuation is a Double IPA at 8.1% ABV from Equilibrium Brewery in Middletown, New York. Founded by MIT scientists, the brewery was born from a mission to provide clean water to communities in need across Haiti, Bangladesh, Vietnam and beyond.

Fluctuation delivers an explosion of tropical fruit, citrus and stone fruit. The aroma opens with mango, pineapple and grapefruit, while the palate unfolds with tangerine, peach and a resinous, piney bitterness. The body is soft and creamy with a lingering, pleasant finish.

Brewed with Galaxy and Citra hops using the brewery's 'Mass Balance Brewing' philosophy—which maximizes and balances flavour sources—this Double IPA is intentionally unbalanced: full of aroma and flavour without compromise.
