Passion Thug is a fruited sour from Dutch Bargain's Signatures line, a monthly limited release series from the Dutch brewing collective. Born from a playful moment at the Billie Craftbeer Festival, the brewers set out to craft their own take on Lervig's Passion Thang. The result is a kettle sour with a generous addition of passion fruit.

The nose reveals passion fruit, peach and grapefruit. On the palate, the beer is sparkling with fruity sweetness balanced by tartness. The finish turns distinctly sour and dry, leaving a clean, refreshing impression. At 6.8% ABV and 30 IBU, this is an approachable sour that balances fruit-forward character with genuine acidity.
