Dutch Bargain drew inspiration from Indonesian dessert traditions for this Imperial Stout variant in their Bon Appétit Amélie collection. At 11% ABV, this pastry porter combines the sticky sweetness of coconut pandan cake with a full, dark malt base. Roasted coconut chips and pandan paste anchor both the aroma and flavour, rounded out with rock candy for additional sweetness.

The nose leads with toasted coconut and subtle green notes from the pandan. On the palate, rich sweetness emerges alongside coconut and caramel, supported by a full malt body. The finish is warming and substantial, befitting the elevated alcohol content.
