Dutch Bargain's Bon Appétit, Amélie – Millionaire's Shortbread is an Imperial Pastry Porter at 10% ABV, inspired by the classic dessert of the same name. This ambitious beer weaves together caramel, vanilla and generous chocolate into a rich, sweet composition. The Zeeuws-Vlaanderen brewery refined their original Millionaire's Shortbread recipe so successfully that it earned a permanent place in their Bon Appétit series.

The nose opens with cacao and cinnamon, followed by hints of coffee and baked chocolate. On the palate, the full, liquid character shines: deep cacao dominates, supported by toffee and caramel notes. The finish is warming and slightly dry, fitting for the high alcohol content and dessert-like nature of this beer.
