Kon Minder is the flagship of Baxbier, the Groningen craft brewery founded in 2014 by two friends. This blonde ale is fresh and approachable, with fruity hop character from American varieties, particularly Citra. Orange peel adds extra citrus notes.

The beer offers a pleasant, light alcoholic profile and works beautifully as a thirst quencher on a terrace or as an aperitif. The mouthfeel is lightly prickly and creamy, with good balance between sweetness and bitterness in the finish.
