BRU(U)T IPA
Dutch Bargain was founded in 2011 by Marc Menue, Stijn Jordans and Thibo Baccarne, three brewers united by a passion for quality craft beer. The BRU(U)T IPA belongs to their limited Signatures collection and merges two contrasting beer styles into one refreshing expression.
At 7% ABV, this Brut IPA marries the bone-dry finish of a brut beer with the bold hop character of an IPA. Brewed with barley and wheat malt, hops and yeast, it opens with peach and fruity hop aromas. The palate brings a lively acidity and assertive hop bitterness that defines the drinking experience.
Serve this beer alongside lightly spiced dishes or crispy fried foods for an enjoyable pairing.
