Dupont Bière de Miel is an organic honey beer from Brasserie Dupont, one of Europe's last farmhouse breweries in the Hainaut region. At 8% ABV, this beer marries Saison tradition with honey as a defining ingredient. The aroma carries honey, spice and floral notes, while the palate reveals the interplay between soft malt and the complex fermentation character of Dupont's house yeast.
