Duckstein

Rotblond

Duckstein Rotblond is a red-blonde specialty beer from Germany, brewed according to the German Purity Law with over 400 years of brewing heritage. This top-fermented ale is matured on beechwood, developing a subtle caramel-like character and delicate bitter finish.

The beer presents an amber to mahogany hue with a modest white head. The nose reveals caramel notes and floral hop aromatics, complemented by brown bread malt character. On the palate, soft malt flavours with bread and caramel notes are balanced by a refined hop bitterness that remains restrained and elegant.

An approachable, well-balanced beer suited to salads, poultry and white fish.
