Veldhovense Boefke is the flagship of De Veldhovense Bierbrouwerij, a small-scale brewery in Veldhoven officially recognised in 2017. Ellen Verhoeven brews here with passion for craft beer, working from a historic house that served as a café before 1850.

This 8.2% ABV amber ale is malt-driven with a solid body. Three malt varieties, two hop selections, spices and white candi sugar combine to create a full flavour profile with fruity character and gentle bitterness. The finish is clean and approachable, without harsh edges.
