Kon Minder Dubbel is the third core beer from Baxbier Brewery, launched in September 2017. The Groningen-based brewery was founded in 2014 by Jeroen Bax and Sepp Jansen and has grown into an established name in Dutch craft brewing. The name 'Kon Minder' is a playful expression rooted in local Groningen culture.

This complex dark beer presents pleasant fruity and spicy-caramel aromatic notes, complemented by candy undertones and subtle hop character. On the palate, fruity and spicy elements dominate, with caramel and candy notes coming through. The beer displays a dark brown colour topped with a stable, creamy head.
