TIEN is a Russian Imperial Stout from De Naeckte Brouwers in Amstelveen, brewed to celebrate the brewery's tenth anniversary in 2021. Part of this 10% ABV beer rested for eight months in oak casks previously used for Kilchoman Islay whisky, Hennessy VS Cognac and Panama Rum, significantly enriching its character.

The beer presents as black with notes of chocolate, coffee, hazelnut and raisin, complemented by subtle smoky undertones of wood fire. The combination of the full, dark malt base with the complex cask influence creates a bold yet balanced expression suited to quiet contemplation or pairing with robust dishes.
