Noorderlicht from Naeckte Brouwers is a light-coloured Saison-farmhouse beer at 7.5% ABV, brewed in Amstelveen. Founded in 2011 by Michel Lagrand and Ab van der Veen, the brewery pursues 'the new beer of yesterday'—classical, subtle and suited to food pairing.
