Dirndl
Naeckte Brouwers' Dirndl is a German-style weizen brewed in the Netherlands. Founded in 2011 by Michel Lagrand and Ab van der Veen in Amstelveen, the brewery crafts traditionally-rooted beers with refined execution – their philosophy captured as 'the new beer of old'.
This hazy, creamy wheat beer brings subtle fruit notes of banana and citrus, touched with a whisper of clove. The palate is crisp and lightly malty, finishing with a gentle bitterness that never overwhelms. The aftertaste is clean and refined.
The Dirndl pairs well with goat cheese or grilled chicken, reflecting Naeckte Brouwers' focus on beer-and-food harmony.
