Cranberry Seeschuymer Terschelling bier
Seeschuymer Cranberry is a fruit beer from De Friese Bierbrouwerij in Bolsward, brewed in partnership with Cranberry Terschelling. The beer emerged from a distinctive project: a single 2000-litre batch of base beer was transformed into five different fruity variants, a collaboration between breweries in Friesland and Groningen.
Brewed with barley malt, cranberry juice sourced from the island of Terschelling, and Saaz hops, it presents a clear golden-yellow appearance with a full white head. The flavour is defined by the characteristic tartness and fresh notes of the organic cranberries, balanced against subtle malt character.
