Bien-Sûr from De Dochter van de Korenaar is a barrel-aged sour ale born from an ambitious brewing experiment: a single 2000-litre base beer yielded five distinct fruited variants. This version matures for approximately one year in gin and wine barrels, developing a balanced, fruity sourness with subtle gin-forward undertones.
