Midnight Moustache is a New England Style Black Rye IPA from De Bebaarde Brouwer, a Rotterdam-based side project by brewer Étienne Vermeulen. This dark IPA marries the soft, approachable character of the New England style with rye malt, adding complexity and spice to the grain bill.

Hop additions are generous—both whirlpool and dry hop contribute to a distinctly fruity profile. Despite its 7% ABV and dark appearance, the beer drinks smooth and drinkable, balancing roasted grain character with bright, juicy hop notes.
