Murder Islay Oak is a limited edition Imperial Stout from Crow Mountain Craft Brewery in Belgium, matured on Islay oak. This full-bodied, dark beer merges the intensity of roasted malt with the complexity of wood aging.

The glass reveals a rich spectrum: roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee and liquorice form the core. The alcohol warmth is balanced by assertive bitterness, creating tension between sweetness and dryness. The Islay oak adds subtle layers without overwhelming the stout's essential character.
