Harvest Moon is the flagship beer of Crow Mountain Craft Brewery in Essen, Belgium. First brewed in August 2015 during a full moon at harvest time, this American Pale Ale combines five different grains and three hop varieties into an amber-coloured brew with substantial malt character and restrained bitterness.

The nose reveals malty and spicy aromas with a delicate hop edge. On the palate, the beer's complexity unfolds: a full mouthfeel gives way to a clean, dry finish. At 6.1% ABV, Harvest Moon achieves a solid balance between malt sweetness and hop bite.
