Foundation 11 is CREW Republic's inaugural beer, brewed by Mario and Timm after they quit their jobs in 2011 to pursue their craft brewing passion from a Munich flat share. This American Pale Ale earned Gold at the World Beer Awards 2020 and remains the cornerstone of their revolutionary German brewery.

The nose reveals moderately intense hoppy character with peach, orange and lime notes, layered with hints of caramel. On the palate, dry hop bitterness takes centre stage with minimal fruitiness, leading to a crisp, dry finish. A blend of Herkules, Nelson Sauvin, Chinook, Citra and Cascade hops delivers genuine craft character and balance.
