Lollipops: Pink Guava + Passionfruit + Apricot is a refreshing fruited sour from CoolHead Brew in Helsinki. This beer emerged from an inventive brewing approach: a single base recipe of 2,000 litres was developed into five distinct fruity variants. The result is a triple fruited Nordic sour loaded with pink guava, passion fruit and apricot.

The nose is sweet and tropical, with all three fruits prominent. On the palate, sourness arrives upfront, supported by caramel malt notes and a subtle grassy hop character. The finish is dry and refreshing.
