Basqueland Brewing Project from San Sebastián presents PX, an Imperial Stout matured for 275 days in Pedro Ximénez wine barrels. Brewed with Extra Pale, Chocolate and Crystalized malts, this beer combines the robust depth of the style with the influence of the Spanish wine casks.

The Pedro Ximénez barrels infuse this full-strength beer (12.6% ABV) with rich sweetness: toffee, molasses and vanilla notes emerge alongside chocolate and dark fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fine carbonation and a semi-dry finish, where a subtle bitterness provides structure without overwhelming the barrel character.
