Cerveza Cusqueña
Cerveza Cusqueña is a Pilsener from Peru with roots stretching back to 1908, when Ernesto Günther and fellow investors founded the Cervecera Alemana in Cusco. That German heritage shapes the brewery's approach: brewmasters trained in Germany oversee production, and every bottle is filled at source.
Crafted from 100% malted barley and Saaz hops with pure mountain water, Cusqueña delivers a smooth, approachable lager. Drinkers find gentle malt sweetness and herbal hop character without the thinness common in mass-market pilsners. It is best served cold and pairs well with light fare and warmer climates.
