Peruvian Morning is a bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout from Central Waters Brewing Company in Amherst, Wisconsin. This beer marries the intensity of a dark stout with freshly roasted coffee from Emy J's Coffee, deepened by time spent in American bourbon barrels.
