Camba Amber Ale
Camba Amber is a Bavarian Amber Ale with distinctive character, brewed by Camba Bavaria since their founding in 2008 in the Chiemgau region. At 7.2% ABV, this ale combines Pilsner, Munich and caramel malts with Monroe, Saphir and Select hops, layered with American ale yeast. The nose reveals ripe cherry, wild berries and plum, with an uncommon elderflower character that sets it apart from typical craft offerings.
On the palate, toffee and caramel malt sweetness meet balanced bitterness and fruity complexity. The finish is clean and dry, allowing the stone fruit and floral notes to linger without cloying. A full-bodied amber that rewards patient sipping and pairs well with hearty food.
